We offer design and implementation services.

Our design services start at $5.00 per square foot.

Design services include: site assessment, structural loading capacity, microclimate hydrology, green roof design including specifications for the following: drainage mat, root barrier, media, planting scheme and our proprietary lightweight all-natural feeding program.

• Our installation services start at $25.00 per square foot. On average a complete installation can range between $75.00 and $200.00 per square foot.
• Irrigation and waterproofing are not included in the $25.00 per square foot price.
• Any type of waterproofing may be utilized under our green roof system.
• Installation services include: implementation of the following: drainage mat, root barrier, media, planting and our proprietary lightweight all-natural feeding program.
  

Our 3-5” deep green roofs may weigh as little as 4 pounds per square foot dry and 20 pounds per square foot saturated. Our preferred plant palate includes native flowering plants that are native to your USDA hardiness zone.

Our 6” to 12” green roofs may weigh as little as 10 pounds dry. To achieve a wet weight loading we add the dry weight of the media and materials plus your choice of mature plant weight and microclimate hydrology.

Our 3’ media designs may be as lightweight as 20 pounds dry. To achieve a wet weight loading we add the dry weight of the media and materials plus your choice of mature plant weight and microclimate hydrology.

We design our media packages based on plant root depth, structural load capacity and hydrology. NO TWO ROOFS ARE THE SAME!!!
